About this property
Koh Norea Parkway is OCIC's signature public-realm project — a 4.2-kilometre boardwalk hugging the eastern shore of Norea City along the Tonle Mekong. Designed as the lifestyle spine of the master plan, the parkway is lined with cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, and gathering spaces.
The parkway opened to the public alongside the Norea Square Phase I completion and has rapidly become one of Phnom Penh's most popular riverside destinations — drawing both residents of the new city and visitors from Koh Pich and beyond.
The Ground Market specialty market sits along the parkway, anchored by a Khmer food court and weekly community events.
