Zoning supports flagship offices, hospitality, branded residences, and service apartments — designed to host both regional headquarters and lifestyle brands. Norea Square, the first commercial center, completed Phase I in 2025 and includes around 100 shophouses across primary and secondary frontages. Pre-sales are open for the next release. Key infrastructure — including underground utilities, fibre, and a multi-modal transport corridor — is delivered up-front so tenants can move in on day one.
